Where to paste them
- Open the WhatsApp Business app and go to Settings › Business tools.
- Tap Greeting message, switch it on and paste your greeting.
- Tap Away message, switch it on, paste your away text and choose Outside of business hours or a custom schedule.

Where do I paste these messages?
In the WhatsApp Business app, open Settings, then Business tools. Paste the greeting into Greeting message, the away text into Away message, and each quick reply into Quick replies with its shortcut.
Can I use more than one language?
Yes. Pick the languages you want and the tool puts them one after another in the same message, which is how most Malaysian businesses do it.
