Questions
Does it slow my website down?
The embed is a small script that loads the chat in its own frame, separate from your page.
What happens outside office hours?
Your AI employee keeps answering. You can also ask visitors for an email address when nobody is available.
Can I pause it?
Yes. Pausing stops replies and automations; visitors can still open the widget. Regenerating the embed code turns off the old one.
