How connecting works
Before you start
- An Instagram professional account (Business or Creator).
- A Facebook Page that the Instagram account is linked to, and admin access to it.
- Allow access to messages switched on in the Instagram app.

Click Instagram, then Continue with Facebook.

Choose the Facebook Page your Instagram professional account is linked to.

Allow message access
In the Instagram app, turn on Allow access to messages so messages can reach ezychat.

Questions
I connected Instagram but no messages arrive. Why?
Instagram keeps message access off until you allow it. In the Instagram app, go to Settings › Messages and story replies › Message controls › Connected tools, and turn on Allow access to messages.
Do I need a professional account?
Yes. ezychat connects Instagram through the Facebook Page it is linked to, so it needs to be a professional account (Business or Creator) linked to a Page.
Are comments included?
Comments come through a social account, which is connected separately under Settings › Social accounts. Connect both to handle DMs and comments.
