Deal Rooms

Big deals. Happy clients.

Every qualified lead can get a WhatsApp group with your consultant and designer. People close the deal. The AI reads the room and tells you the moment a client turns unhappy.

The problem

  • "Still waiting for the quotation."
  • A RM168,000 job goes quiet.
  • You find out when they sign with someone else.

How ezychat fixes it

See how every big client feels.

ezychat.io Deal Rooms gives each qualified lead a WhatsApp group with your team, keeps every message in your inbox, and reads client happiness as Green, Yellow or Red.

  • One group per deal

Client, consultant and designer in one WhatsApp group, greeted for you and kept in your inbox.

  • Green, Yellow, Red

Every message is tagged in plain words: broken promises, slow replies, praise. The room rolls up to one band.

  • Alerts that reach the right team

A new Red opens a case and alerts the team that owns it. Each team gets a weekly digest.

  • The AI never posts

Your people are the voice of the room. The AI reads, tags, transcribes voice notes and scores.

Client sentiment

Every message moves the needle. You see where it lands.

Each client message is tagged with what happened, and each tag carries points. The room's total over a rolling window, three days unless you choose up to ninety, sets its band. These are the starting tags; rename them, reweigh them or add your own.

  • Green

    Score 0 and above

The conversation is healthy. Nothing is owed to anybody.

  • Yellow

    Score −1 to −5

A case opens for a light-touch check-in with the staff involved, within a day.

  • Red

    Score −6 and below

Somebody senior takes it over personally, by the end of the business day.

The starting tags and their points
TagPoints
Clear answer+1

Proactive update+2
Client gone quiet−1
Dissatisfaction expressed−2
Rude or dismissive−3
Unresolved complaint−3
Silence after a concern−3
Broken promise−4
Safety concern−4
Slow response−5
Safety left unacknowledged−6
Explicit threat−8

Example: a broken promise (−4) followed by a complaint (−2) takes a room to −6, which is Red. A proactive update (+2) brings it back to Yellow. Only a person can close a case.

How it works

  1. The AI qualifies the lead

Budget, area and timeline, scored in the inbox.

  2. Your team opens a room

One tap creates the WhatsApp group.

  3. The AI reads the room

Green, Yellow or Red, and the right person alerted.

How the handoff works

Deal Rooms is where your people take over. The AI does its work before the room, by qualifying, and around it, by reading the mood. Never in it.

Compare plans ›
Does the AI reply inside the group?

Never. It reads, tags and scores. Your consultants and designers do the talking.

What do I need to start?

Your own WhatsApp numbers on real SIM cards, a short warm-up period for new numbers, and a guardian number you control, so the group stays with your business if a line is lost.

Can I change the tags and scores?

Yes. The tags, their points and the bands are yours to edit, and you can rehearse a change on past conversations before it goes live.

Can I export a room?

Reports are on Growth. Exporting a room's full chat transcript is on Professional and Scale.
