About Meta's WhatsApp fees
WhatsApp runs on your own WhatsApp Business Account, so Meta bills its message fees to you directly. ezychat adds nothing on top, and Instagram, Messenger and web chat carry no message fees.

Pricing questions
What is an active customer?
Anyone who messages you during your billing month, counted once however many messages they send. Someone who messaged last month and not this month does not count.
Are AI replies really unlimited?
In chats, yes: ezychat sets no limit on AI replies to your customers and never charges per reply, on any plan. Your plan is sized by active customers. AI replies to public comments on your posts have a monthly allowance, shown in the table. Meta bills its own WhatsApp message fees to your business account.
What if I have more active customers than my plan?
Add packs of 50 active customers for RM50 a month on any paid plan, or move up a plan. The estimator above shows which is cheaper.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. An upgrade takes effect straight away. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, so you keep what you paid for until then.
How does yearly billing work?
Pay for ten months and get twelve. Yearly plans are billed once a year.
Do you charge in ringgit?
Yes. Prices are in Malaysian ringgit.
