Why hire more than one AI employee?
Each AI employee has its own role, tone, knowledge scope, and skills — the same reason a clinic hires a receptionist and a nurse instead of one person doing both. Below Scale, one employee can't hold every skill, so the honest move is: new business function, new hire.

Limits, honestly.
What counts as an active customer?
A distinct customer who sends you at least one inbound message in the calendar month, on any connected channel. Contacts you broadcast to but who never reply don’t count, and neither does your own team or test-chat.
What happens when I hit my cap?
Your inbox is never blocked and nothing is dropped. AI replies pause for new contacts beyond the cap (they get a banner and route to your team); anyone already active this month keeps their AI. A self-serve MAC pack lifts the cap instantly.
Are AI replies really unlimited?
Yes — replies are never billed and never capped in the request path. We watch for automated abuse (bot loops, resold access) at a very high threshold, invisible to normal use; it’s a fair-use safeguard, not a pricing lever.
Can I change plans anytime?
Upgrade instantly, anytime. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle, and we’ll tell you upfront if anything you’re using exceeds the lower plan’s limits.
Do the marketing quotas (posts, images, video) roll over?
No — AI post, image, and video credit quotas reset monthly. Manual posting (post/reel/story) is unlimited on every plan, quota or not.
